Pear began her journey with Argyll Scott in 2020 working as an Associate Recruiter/Executive Researcher in our Candidate Hub/Talent Pool team, where she supported several areas of the business including Legal Delivery team (UK), Technology team (Bangkok), and Medical Sciences & Commercial team (UK). Pear also had experience in supporting high volume recruitment projects (RPO).

Currently, Pear is working as a Delivery Associate within our Sales & Marketing team in Thailand, with a focus on the Healthcare industries.
