​Florence has over 5 years of recruitment experience. A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and judgment skills, she is highly capable of finding the best candidate for any job. Florence has developed a thorough understanding of staffing policies, hiring processes and procedures through close working relationships with hiring managers and large corporate HR departments. She graduated in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing before stepping into recruitment with Search Network. During her time at Links, she specialised in HR hiring largely across Luxury, Retail and Consumer clients, and was the Top Biller in Singapore in the year 2016.
