Asia Education and Training Manager (Cosmetics)

A trendsetting and growing cosmetics brand client is looking for an experienced Asia Education and Training Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore. This brand is known for its innovative, clean, and high-performance products, resonating with beauty enthusiasts worldwide.

The ideal candidate has good makeup artistry expertise and good experience across Asia markets. This role will develop and implement training initiatives that empower retail teams (beauty advisors/sales associates) and partners to bring the brand’s vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies for retail teams, partners, and distributors across Asia (including Oceania and India)
• Deliver engaging product training sessions, ensuring teams understand formulations, application techniques, and brand storytelling
• Create dynamic training content, including digital learning tools, videos, and workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in education strategies across markets
• Analyse training effectiveness using KPIs, sales performance, and feedback
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously refine training programs

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in beauty education, training, or retail management (preferably in the artistry segment)
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - must be able to inspire and engage teams
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional and cross-country teams
• Fit for frequent market visits across Asia
