What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract the best engineering talent.
- Advise, coach, and support managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and career growth.
- Resolve employee relations matters—grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues—with a fair and strategic approach.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive remuneration structures.
- Oversee the annual appraisal cycle, salary reviews, and bonus payouts.
- Drive HR projects and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on digitalization and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage union negotiations and corporate insurance renewals.
- Prepare HR reports & analytics to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies, supporting external audits as needed.
- Lead Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits optimization.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in processing, compliance, and reporting.
- Analyze HR data & trends, providing strategic insights through HR analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic HR planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, and Payroll Management.
- Experience in HR digitalization projects and process automation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in project management and driving HR initiatives.
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
