Finance Director (Chonburi, Manufacturing)

This hands-on role will manage a financial team, oversee financial planning, and deliver detailed financial analysis for decision-making. The role covers global projects and programs, requiring a strong understanding of business operations, engineering, and supply chain concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the FP&A team, providing guidance and developing talent.
• Oversee financial analysis for investment decisions, product pricing, profitability, and cash flow.
• Deliver comprehensive budget reviews, forecasts, and financial reports to senior leadership.
• Support long-term business decisions by investigating complex financial scenarios.
• Lead negotiations on complex financial matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives across global markets.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• At least 11 years of experience in FP&A, financial leadership, or related roles in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of global business operations, engineering, and supply chain concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Open to non-Thai and non-Thai citizen candidates willing to work on-site at the Chonburi plant.
• Experience in managing financial operations for large-scale, multi-national businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and financial software.
