Role Overview:
Serve as the HR Business Partner focusing on employee engagement and talent management for both office and plant employees. This role is responsible for driving engagement initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR policies align with labor laws and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities, including town halls, events, and recognition programs.
- Talent Management:
Support employee relations and engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Business Partnering:
Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
- HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, offering guidance on employee relations issues.
- Communication:
Oversee internal communications and visual materials for engagement activities.
- Plant Visits:
Occasionally visit plant sites to strengthen relationships and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, and basic labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Native Thai Speaker with Excellent English proficiency
