Risk & Control Analyst – Operations Governance & Oversight

📍 Location: Singapore

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and risk management in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Business Risk & Control Operations Analyst to provide governance, oversight, and strategic risk management for our Operations teams on a contract basis.

✔ Governance & Oversight – Lead the review and management of operational errors, audits, regulatory exams, and compliance assessments to ensure robust governance.

✔ Risk Communication & Reporting – Manage risk management communication and reporting routines for senior stakeholders.

✔ Control & Compliance – Design and implement best-in-class control structures, policies, and standards to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.

✔ Operational Risk Initiatives – Drive the execution of key control initiatives, ensuring governance, oversight, and timely risk mitigation.

✔ Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline risk management processes, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency.

✔ Collaboration & Influence – Build strong relationships across teams and influence stakeholders to drive a proactive risk culture.

✔ Continuous Improvement – Promote and embed strong risk management practices within Operations, ensuring sustainability and long-term compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong experience in operational risk, controls, governance, or compliance within financial services or a related industry.

🔹 Ability to analyze complex risk scenarios, identify solutions, and drive effective change.

🔹 Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

🔹 A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
